Use a measuring tape to find your size. If you don’t have one, use a piece of string or ribbon and measure it against a ruler. Keep the tape slightly loose and parallel to the floor.
- Under bust: Measure around your body directly beneath your bust, where the bra band sits.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your hip bones and below your rib cage.
- Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
