How do I choose the right size?
We recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering. Our pieces are designed with Asian body proportions in mind — if you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for leggings and sizing down for bras and crop tops for a snug, supportive fit. What fabrics do you use?
Our core fabrics are made from 80% Nylon and 20% Spandex, offering HIIT-level compression, a curve-hugging fit, and a soft, comfortable feel. Each product page lists the specific fabric details. You can also explore our full fabric guide at [OUR FABRICS] page.
Are your leggings squat-proof?
Yes! Our leggings are designed to be squat-proof and opaque. We recommend checking the individual product description for specific fabric details and coverage levels.
How should I care for my activewear?
To extend the life of your pieces, we recommend machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle, avoiding fabric softeners (which can break down the fabric's elasticity), and air drying instead of tumble drying.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
How much is shipping in Hong Kong?
Orders of HKD 800 or above qualify for free SF Express shipping. Orders below HKD 800 incur a shipping fee of HKD 40.
How long does delivery take in Hong Kong?
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–7 business days. During sale periods, please allow an additional 5–10 business days for processing. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your SF Express tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Flat-rate shipping to Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand is HKD 98. Shipping to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, and the USA is HKD 368. For other destinations, feel free to email us at hello@100-percentlife.com.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
I ordered both in-stock and pre-order items. When will they ship?
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together according to the pre-order item's estimated dispatch date. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
We'll notify you via email and offer the following options: change the colour or style, wait for restock, split the shipment (additional fees apply), or receive store credit for the unavailable item.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return my order?
Yes. Full-priced items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for store credit. Please note that we do not offer cash or credit card refunds — all refunds are issued as store credit to your 100%LIFE account.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or colour, please return your item for store credit and place a new order.
What items are not eligible for return?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Items purchased with a promo code, discount voucher, e-coupon, or store credit
- Items that have been worn, washed, or are missing tags/labels
- Underwear and intimate wear
- Accessories, gifts, and giveaway items
- Items received through contests or collaboration campaigns
How do I start a return?
Contact us at hello@100-percentlife.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we'll send return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
What if I received a defective item?
We double-inspect every item before dispatch, but if you receive a defective piece, please contact us at hello@100-percentlife.com within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the defect. Our team will respond within 3 business days.
