What fabrics does 100%LIFE use?

Our core fabrics are made from 80% Nylon and 20% Spandex, offering HIIT-level compression, a curve-hugging fit, and a soft, comfortable feel.

Are your leggings squat-proof?

Yes! Our leggings are designed to be squat-proof and opaque. We recommend checking the individual product description for specific fabric details and coverage levels.

How should I care for my activewear?

Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle, avoid fabric softeners, and air dry instead of tumble drying to extend the life of your pieces.

How much is shipping in Hong Kong?

Orders of HKD 800 or above qualify for free SF Express shipping. Orders below HKD 800 incur a shipping fee of HKD 40.

How long does delivery take in Hong Kong?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 to 7 business days. During sale periods, please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your SF Express tracking number once dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Flat-rate shipping to Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand is HKD 98. Shipping to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, and the USA is HKD 368.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Full-priced items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for store credit. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds — all refunds are issued as store credit to your 100%LIFE account.

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or colour, please return your item for store credit and place a new order.

What items are not eligible for return?

The following items cannot be returned: sale or clearance items, items purchased with a promo code or store credit, items that have been worn or washed, underwear and intimate wear, accessories and gifts, and items received through contests or campaigns.

Does 100%LIFE have a physical store in Hong Kong?

Shipping policy

Hong Kong and Macau

Orders of HK$800 or above qualify for free SF Express shipping. For orders below HK$800, shipping is HK$40 for Hong Kong and HK$48 for Macau.

Delivery timeframe

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 to 7 business days. During sale periods, order processing may take an additional 7 to 10 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you an SF Express tracking number.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped according to the pre-order item's estimated dispatch date. If you would like the items shipped separately, please place separate orders.

Out-of-stock items

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you by email. You can choose to:

Change to another colour or style, subject to availability
Wait for the item to restock and receive one consolidated shipment
Split the shipment, with additional shipping fees
Receive Store Credit for the unavailable item and shipping fee

All refunds are issued as Store Credit. We do not offer refunds to credit cards.

International shipping

Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand have a flat-rate shipping fee of HK$98.

For other international orders, email us with your request. Additional delivery fees may apply.

Import taxes, duties and customs clearance

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or carrier handling fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer's responsibility. Depending on the destination and carrier, payment may be required before or upon delivery.

Customs clearance may delay delivery beyond the original estimate. 100%LIFE is not responsible for delays caused by customs or charges resulting from unpaid duties or taxes.

If a parcel is refused or returned to us because duties, taxes, or other import charges were not paid, the original shipping fee, import charges, and return shipping costs will be deducted from any Store Credit issued. Duties, taxes, customs fees, and international shipping charges will not be reimbursed by 100%LIFE.
