Question 1

How do I choose the right size?

Accepted Answer

We recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering. Our pieces are designed with Asian body proportions in mind — if you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for leggings and sizing down for bras and crop tops. Email us at hello@100-percentlife.com if you need further help.

Question 2

What fabrics does 100%LIFE use?

Accepted Answer

Our core fabrics are made from 80% Nylon and 20% Spandex, offering HIIT-level compression, a curve-hugging fit, and a soft, comfortable feel.

Question 3

Are your leggings squat-proof?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our leggings are designed to be squat-proof and opaque. We recommend checking the individual product description for specific fabric details and coverage levels.

Question 4

How should I care for my activewear?

Accepted Answer

Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle, avoid fabric softeners, and air dry instead of tumble drying to extend the life of your pieces.
