Shipping and Delivery

 

Hong Kong & Macau: Orders of HK$800 or above qualify for free SF Express shipping. Below Threshold: A shipping fee of HK35(Hong Kong) or HK48 (Macau) will apply.

Delivery Timeframe
  • We aim to ship out within 2-7 business day.Additional 5-10 business days for order processing during sale periods.
  • Order Confirmation: A shipping confirmation email with your SF Express tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.
  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped according to the pre-order item’s estimated dispatch date.
  • To receive items separately, please place separate orders.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you via email and provide the following options:
  • Option 1: Change the color/style (subject to availability).
  • Option 2: Wait for the item to restock for consolidated shipping.
  • Option 3: Split the shipment (additional shipping fees will apply).
  • Option 4: Receive a store credit refund & shipping fee for the unavailable item.
All refund via store credit will be issued. We do not accept refund via credit card. 

Additional Terms
  • Tracking Information: All shipping confirmation emails will include an SF Express tracking number for real-time updates.
  • Post-Dispatch Responsibility: Once SF Express has accepted the parcel, we will not conduct further follow-ups on delivery status.
  • Delivery Issues: If delivery fails due to incorrect address/contact details, unavailability of recipient, customs duties, or additional fees, the customer is responsible for resolving the issue directly with SF Express.

Import taxes and duties
International orders may be subject to customs and taxes if they apply, and you are responsible for those fees in addition to shipping charges above.


Return and Exchange


We currently do not offer exchanges.
If your order isn’t quite right, You can return your order to us for Store Credit within 14 days from the date your order is received, and place an new order with your store credit.

All refund via store credit will be issued. No cash refunds will be made.

Terms:

  1. Items bought on Sale/ Clearance are not eligible for return.
  2. Full-priced items purchased using any of promo /discount codes, e-Coupon, store credit or discount vouchers are not eligible for return.
  3. We will only accept items that are new, unworn and unwashed and include all labels and tags. Returned item(s) show any signs of wear, any stains, marks, or any odours, pet fur, are not eligible for return.
  4. All intimate wear (e.g., underwear) are not eligible for return.
  5. Accessories, gifts, and giveaway items are not eligible for return.
  6. Items received through contests, giveaways, or collaboration campaigns are not eligible for return.
  7. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
  8. Your return item must reach us within 14 days from date of delivery.
  9. All returns are final. You can only apply for return once per order.
  10. You are responsible for the cost of your return shipping.
How do I return my order?

To start a return, you can contact us our Contact Us page or at hello@100-percentlife.com including your order number and reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive Store Credit equal to the purchase price in your 100%LIFE account. We do not offer cash refunds. Delivery/shipping fees will not be refunded.

Every item is carefully double-inspected before it leaves our hands. In the unlikely event you find a defect, please contact us at hello@100-percentlife.com within 7 days after delivery, attached together with a snapshot of the defect clearly. Our team will attend to you within 3 days. Any requested after the timeframe will not be accepted.
