所有商品均不設退換


訂單一經提交 ,便無法再作出修改,請付款前務必核實所有內容。

由於拍攝場地/光線/個人顯示器等不確定因素,絕對會存在色差,因此以實體商品為準。網購色差不可避免,對無法接受任何色差者,提醒您在訂購商品前,請謹慎思考下單。 

配送時間:

  • 付款後第 7-14 日發貨,發貨後會再次電郵通知,並附上順豐快遞單號
  • 如訂單內包含預購商品/延遲發貨商品,訂單將會按該商品預計發貨日期發貨,如需分開寄出,請分開下單。 

缺貨商品:

如訂單內有商品臨時缺貨,我們會先電郵通知客人,詢問是否更改顏色/款式,客人亦可選擇等齊貨一併寄出,或運費到付分批發出,或選擇要求退回缺貨商品的款項,所有退款只限store credit 形式支付,客人可自行選購其他商品。

如缺貨商品退款後原本訂單不符合免運優惠,我們亦會免運寄出。

收到商品後,如發現有瑕疵、破損狀況,請您簽收包裹計起三天內電郵發送照片及訂單編號,逾期不作處理。(所有退款只限以store credit形式退回客人帳戶,供客人另外選購商品,不設換貨)

請注意:穿著時不影響服裝整體外觀的「瑕疵」將不被視為瑕疵,因此不會符合退款條件。



We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Estimated delivery: We always aim to ship orders within 7-14 days after the order has been placed.

Please note during sale periods or new range releases there may be minor delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Possible delays in shipping orders may be due to an unusually high volume of orders coming in, or due to the freight company. 

Items Out Of Stock: If item(s) in your order is out of stock, we will send a notice by email and wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order.

Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item. You could also request for refund for the out of stock item, or request ship out separately at your own cost. All refund via store credit will be issued. We do not accept exchange. We do not accept refund via credit card.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at hello@100-percentlife.com within 3 days, attached together with a snapshot of the defect clearly. Our customer service will attend to you within 1-2 working days.

Any requested after the timeframe will not be accepted. A refund via store credit will be issued. We do not accept exchange. We do not accept refund via credit card.

*In general, 'defects' that do not affect the general outlook of the apparels when worn will not be considered as defects, and hence not eligible for refund.
