貼身衣物因衛生考量，我們所有商品均不設退換，訂單一經提交 ，便無法再作出修改，請付款前務必核實所有內容。
由於拍攝場地/光線/個人顯示器等不確定因素，絕對會存在色差，因此以實體商品為準。網購色差不可避免，對無法接受任何色差者，提醒您在訂購商品前，請謹慎思考下單。
缺貨商品：
如訂單內有商品臨時缺貨，我們會先電郵通知客人，詢問是否更改顏色/款式，客人亦可選擇等齊貨一併寄出，或運費到付分批發出，或選擇要求退回缺貨商品的款項，所有退款只限store credit 形式支付，客人可自行選購其他商品，不設信用卡退款。
如缺貨商品退款後該訂單不符合免運優惠，會扣除運費後寄出。
收到商品後，如發現有瑕疵、破損狀況，請您簽收包裹計起三天內電郵發送照片及訂單編號，逾期不作處理。所有退款只限以store credit形式退回客人帳戶，供客人另外選購商品，不設換貨，不接受信用卡退款。
請注意：穿著時不影響服裝整體外觀的「瑕疵」將不被視為瑕疵，因此不會符合退款條件。
