配送時間：

• 付款後第 7-14 天發貨，發貨後會再次電郵通知，並附上快遞單號查看派件進度。
• 如訂單內包含預購商品/延遲發貨商品，訂單將會按該商品預計發貨日期發貨，如需分開寄出，請分開下單。

缺貨商品：

• 如訂單內有商品臨時缺貨，我們會先電郵通知客人，詢問是否更改顏色/款式，客人亦可選擇等齊貨一併寄出，或運費到付分批發出，或選擇要求退回缺貨商品的款項，所有退款均以store credit 形式支付，供客人選購其他商品。
• 如缺貨商品退款後原本訂單不符合免運優惠，我們亦會免運寄出。 

其他費用：
如因收件地址、電話資訊有誤或連絡不到收件人等無法投遞之情況，或需要支付稅金，其中所產生的附加費用/更改費用，則由快遞公司自行向閣下收取，敬請留意。

Free shipping is available for orders over HK$700 within Hong Kong and Macao. For orders under HK$800, we charge HK$35(Hong Kong)/ HK$48(Macao) for delivery.

Import taxes and duties
International orders may be subject to customs and taxes if they apply, and you are responsible for those fees in addition to shipping charges above  

We always aim to ship orders within 7-14 days after the order has been placed.

Please note during sale periods or new range releases there may be minor delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Possible delays in shipping orders may be due to an unusually high volume of orders coming in, or due to the freight company.

Preorder/ backorder item(s): If your order consists of a preorder/ backorder item, your order will only be shipped after the stocks have arrived.

Items Out Of Stock: If item(s) in your order is out of stock, we will send a notice by email and wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item. You could also request for refund for the out of stock item, or request ship out separately at your own cost. All refund via store credit will be issued. We do not offer exchanges. We do not accept refund via credit card.
